For Odin Verden, repair means tuning—not fixing what’s broken, but improving what already works. His project applies the logic of cycling performance to architecture: tweaking for balance, efficiency, and endurance. The Velo Hub is a small-scale cycling infrastructure intervention that increases comfort and accessibility in Limehouse. Through detailed observation and performance mapping, Odin identified friction points in the urban experience and proposed tailored spatial responses: bike repair zones, gradient-adjusted routes, resting areas with solar charging. Like a good bike, the intervention is precise and flexible. His design methodology included iterative CAD modeling, digital-to-physical prototyping, and self-testing through use. Here, repair is kinetic and ergonomic—a continuous act of recalibration.
